What should I do if an order contains too many items?
4Seller supports order splitting. You can split an order into several packages for separate delivery. After splitting, you can choose different logistics channels, providing you with a variety of options.
Can large parcels be shipped in accordance with STAR TRACK's large parcel shipping rules?
Yes. 4Seller has integrated Star Track's large parcel shipping specifications and supports automatic verification of parcel size and weight restrictions. Special markings will be generated on the shipping label to facilitate identification and processing by STAR TRACK's sorting centre.
Which service types does STAR TRACK cover?
4Seller supports delivery to business addresses throughout Australia. It has been deeply integrated with STAR TRACK, which specialises in commercial express delivery, covering its core service types, including Express 24, Express Post, Satchel, and Large Parcel.
Can shipping costs be calculated automatically?
Yes. When purchasing shipping labels, 4Seller will calculate shipping costs for different service types based on the weight and volume of the goods and the delivery address, using the official STAR TRACK rate interface.
