How to Set the Logistics Rules?

① Click on the setting icon> Go to the "Automations" under "Order & Shipping"> Click on "Add logistics rules"



② Click Add Logistics Rules to start setting logistics rules. On the Logistics Rules page, you can complete the following operations:

(1) Customize the logistics rule name (no more than 50 characters)

(2) Select the platform

(3) Select the shop (you can select one or more or none)

Note: If you do not select a store, all stores on the platform will be selected by default

(4) Select the order logistics type

(5) Click add conditions 

Note: Self-delivery and platform delivery cannot be selected at the same time



(6) Select a warehouse

Note: If multiple warehouses are specified, the order will be shipped from the nearest warehouse based on the postal code of the assigned warehouse.



(7) Select Carriers

(8) Select shipment services

(9) Check the box to automatically buy shipping labels

(10) Select a package template (optional)

(11) Check or set a tag (optional)

(12) Add system notes (optional)

Finally, click Save.



Note 1: How to Distinguish Between"Execute historical orders", "Execute all orders" and "Execute unmatched orders"?

Execute historical orders: Execute historical orders and execute lagging rules on orders that do not match the rules.

Execute all orders: Apply the rule to all previous orders.

Execute unmatched orders: Apply the rule to orders that do not match the logistics rules.






Note 2: How to Access "Failure E-mail Notifications" When Fail to Purchase the Shipping Label?

Check the blankbox beside "Failure E-mail Notification"> Fill the receipt E-mail address> Click on "Save"






Note 3: What is the meaning of the priority?

Drag the small square under the priority list up and down to change the priority order of executing logistics rules
