How to Handle Orders with Invalid Address and Error Report in Pending Status?

Some orders fail to validate because the zip code does not exist or the zip code is incorrectly associated with the state or city. The order enters the Pending audit address invalid status, and the following message appears
Country cannot be empty, please fill it in;
The zip code does not exist, please modify it ;
The postal code or city is wrong, please modify it ;
The postal code or state/province is incorrect, please modify it ;The postal code or city is wrong, please modify it ;The postal code or state/province is incorrect, please modify it and so on.


The solution is as follows:
1.Click edit to enter the details page.



2.Check the address, country, city, state and zip code by yourself (need to pay attention to case, space, abbreviation and other data impact when verifying). If there is no error, click save, you can skip the verification, the order into the normal flow of state.

3.If there is an error in the address for manual editing, click save, still reporting errors zip code or state/province error, please modify, or ignore. Then just continue to modify or ignore and save.

Note: The above situation is only for U.S. addresses, other countries still only verify whether the address is empty;
       Orders that do not return an address such as TikTok online shipping orders and Shein online shipping orders do not perform this address verification;
       Temu orders that are enabled to not verify empty addresses for Temu orders do not perform this address validation;
       As Temu stores are controlled, only online orders can be shipped, the return order recipient address content is with *, this method applies.
