Why does the shipping channel selected in 4Seller differ from the actual shipping channel used for dispatch?

Is your order fulfillment type TikTok shipping? Have you enabled TikTok's automatic logistics channel recommendation mode, also known as CBT mode (Collections by TikTok)?



This is why TikTok automatically calculates shipping costs and recommends logistics channels based on the address information, weight, and dimensions provided by sellers.



You can go to the TikTok Seller Center, navigate to Shipping Settings, and quickly review your delivery settings (as shown in the image below).





For this reason, when sellers buy shipping labels on 4Seller, the logistics carrier they selected may differ from the actual shipping channel bought through the TikTok platform.



The solution is to click the Swift Back button and revert to the settings before TikTok Shipping was upgraded (as shown in the image below).
