Order--Ship Failed error:There is no order line that needs to be shipped, please check whether the platform status of the order is to be shipped

If you ship order failed and meet below error, pls check the solution below:

1. You can get the tracking No. from Platform side then Import ship in 4Seller


2. If you sure the order has been shipped in the after checking the platform backend status, you can void the orders in 4Seller.
