Does it support viewing abnormal logistics packages?
Yes. 4Seller's logistics tracking will capture GLS's abnormal status in real time, including abnormal packages that have not been picked up for more than 24 hours, have not been updated, etc., and display them on the abnormal tracking page.
Do I need to fill in the address manually?
No. 4Seller will synchronise your orders from your platform store. As long as the orders in your store contain recipient address information, 4Seller will automatically synchronise the address information and fill it in for you. You can then confirm the address information.

Which regions are supported?
Logistics and delivery are supported throughout Germany. 4Seller has completed an in-depth integration with GLS, covering all regions in Germany's 16 federal states, including core cities such as Berlin and remote areas.
