Is it safe to authorise Chronopost on 4Seller?
The authorisation of your Chronopost account on 4Seller is done through the platform's official interface, which ensures the security of your account. You need to authorise 4Seller to access your shipping services.
How can I view the logistics status of my order?
Dual-link tracking is supported. 4Seller supports logistics tracking and will synchronise the logistics status of your parcel. It also supports redirection to the Chronopost France tracking page, where you can view more detailed logistics information.

Which regions are supported?
Logistics and delivery cover the whole of France, including remote areas such as Corsica. No additional settings are required; you only need to authorise your Chronopost account in 4Seller.
Can I print Chronopost shipping labels directly?
Yes. After purchasing shipping labels for orders through Chronopost on 4Seller, you can print the shipping labels. Batch printing of shipping labels is also supported.
