Which regions are supported?
4Seller supports SEUR coverage throughout Spain, including islands and remote areas.
How can I view the logistics status of my order?
Dual-link tracking is supported. 4Seller supports logistics tracking and will synchronise the logistics status of your parcel. It also supports redirection to the SEUR tracking page, where you can view more detailed logistics information.
Can the information on the shipping label be customised?
Yes. You can set the additional information to be printed on the shipping label in the 4Seller print settings. You can choose the SKU or order information you want to add to the shipping label.
Can I enjoy shipping discounts?
Yes. 4Seller is officially affiliated with SEUR, so you will automatically receive discounted prices from SEUR. The specific discount depends on the type of SEUR service you choose.
