When refresh the shipping policy on eBay edit page ,displays an error: “User is not eligible for Business Policy.”

The user's backend settings do not meet the policy synchronization requirements. You must manually enable the relevant settings in your eBay backend by following these steps:

1. Click Business policies under Listings.

2. Click Get started.

3. Click Create policy to establish the relevant policy. Once created, the policy will appear in the list.
