4Seller Product Updates – October 2026

October brings 40 product updates to 4Seller, with new integrations and enhanced tools to simplify multichannel selling and fulfillment.



This month, we're excited to introduce a new JoyBuy integration, enabling sellers to connect their stores and manage orders and inventory across the UK, Netherlands, France, and Germany. We've also added multi-channel returns restocking support for nine major sales channels, making it easier to manage returned products and keep inventory up to date.



Other improvements include more flexible order splitting and warehouse allocation rules, new AliExpress product creation tools, expanded European shipping integrations, and more accurate profit calculations with additional fulfillment costs.

Order Management

More Flexible Order Processing and Automation
New: Custom Order Splitting and Warehouse Allocation Rules

You can now create custom automation rules to control how orders are split and assigned to warehouses. Set the number of items per order split and define warehouse allocation priorities to better match your fulfillment workflows.

New: Italy and Spain Invoice Generation

You can now generate invoices for orders in Italy and Spain, making it easier to manage invoicing requirements across different European markets.

New: Bulk Import for Easy MCF Manual Orders

Easy MCF now supports bulk importing manually created orders, reducing individual data entry and making it easier to process multiple manual orders.

New: Multi-Channel Returns Restocking

Manage returned products and restock inventory more conveniently across multiple marketplaces, including TikTok Shop, Amazon, Temu, OTTO, Kaufland, eBay, Shopify, SHEIN, and Walmart.

Improved: Order Customization Details Across Channels

View buyer-provided customization information directly in 4Seller orders, making it easier to identify and process personalized orders.

Supported channels include Temu, TikTok Shop, SHEIN, Walmart, AliExpress, PrestaShop, and Amazon.

Improved: TikTok Shop Shipping Order Management

TikTok Shop orders using platform shipping now support editing the assigned platform warehouse directly from the order list. The selected warehouse is synchronized with the order, and shipping labels are generated using the updated warehouse information. An adjustment indicator is also displayed in order details.

For Quick Shipping orders, the shipping address is based on the warehouse selected when the product was created.

Improved: Amazon POD Order Details

Amazon Print-on-Demand (POD) orders now display customization information links directly in 4Seller, making it easier to access buyers' personalized content during order processing.
Product Management

More Efficient Product Creation and Editing
New: AliExpress Product Creation Tools

AliExpress now supports three additional product management capabilities:

	
Create Products by Referencing Existing Listings: Reuse existing product information when creating new listings instead of entering the same details repeatedly.
	
Bulk Product Editing: Select multiple products and update their information in batches.
	
Product Templates: Create reusable product templates with global and partial content references to standardize product information and speed up listing creation.

Improved: eBay Bulk Editing

You can now select multiple published eBay listings and edit their product information in bulk, simplifying catalog updates and reducing repetitive work.

Improved: TikTok Shop Size Templates

When creating or editing TikTok Shop products, you can now select size templates already created in TikTok Shop Seller Center or upload size chart images directly.

Improved: Product Migration Records

Product migration records now support filtering by store, viewing migration details, automatic duplicate product detection, and updated migration status tracking.

Improved: Shopify Product Dimensions Sync

4Seller now supports synchronizing Shopify product dimensions when generating inventory products. Dimensions are automatically converted based on the default measurement unit when products are migrated to other platforms.

Existing product data will also be resynchronized to apply the updated dimension information.

4Seller has expanded its supported shipping options with new carrier integrations and regional coverage:

Kaufland Shipment Solutions: Added support for Kaufland Shipment Solutions to simplify shipping for Kaufland orders.
	
GOFO: Now supports GOFO's Spain, Italy, Netherlands, and France sites.
	
MRW: Added a new MRW shipping integration.
	
SpediamoPro: Added support for SpediamoPro.
	
Delivengo: Added a new Delivengo shipping authorization option.

Royal Mail now supports shipments from Great Britain to Northern Ireland, with additional customs declaration settings to simplify the shipping process.

You can now select signature confirmation services when purchasing Royal Mail shipping labels, providing more delivery options for orders that require a signature.

When purchasing USPS shipping labels, you can now select the hazardous materials option. 4Seller automatically matches the order with USPS shipping services that support hazardous materials.

Improved: FedEx Simplified Customs Declarations Within the EU

For shipments between EU countries, FedEx labels now support simplified customs declaration handling.

4Seller automatically uses product descriptions from inventory SKUs to provide the required customs information, reducing manual declaration work.
More Flexible Marketplace Fulfillment
Improved: TikTok Shop EU Order Splitting

TikTok Shop orders using platform shipping in European markets now support split shipments, allowing different items within an order to be shipped separately when needed.
Marketplaces & Store Authorization

Expanded European Marketplace Coverage
New: JoyBuy Integration

4Seller now integrates with JoyBuy, expanding selling opportunities for merchants targeting the UK, Netherlands, France, and Germany.

More Accurate Order Profit Calculations
Improved: Walmart Profit Calculation Support

4Seller's Profit Report now supports Walmart, allowing sellers to include Walmart orders in their profit analysis and better understand their marketplace earnings.

Improved: Fulfillment Cost Calculation

4Seller now supports retrieving fulfillment fees from Amazon MCF, Amazon FBA, and Walmart MCS.

These fulfillment costs are included in order cost calculations, helping improve the accuracy of order profit and expense data.
