How to Set Up Inventory Locking?

4Seller supports set up inventory locking, which is intended to help sellers reserve part of their inventory for specific channels, such as TikTok shop promotion activities, to ensure sufficient inventory.

Note: 

1. You should Open shipping minus inventory.

2. You should map the shop sku with stock sku relationship. 

Step 1: Inventory--Inventory sync--Inventory Locking--Create Locking

Step 2: Fill in the inventory locking information: Locking name, shop, Warehouse, Deduction cycle, select stock sku, then click save. 

Note: 

1. Once created, inventory is locking. During the locking deduction period, the locking inventory will be used to deduct orders from the selected store.



2. The locking inventory quantity cannot exceed the available inventory quantity.

Step 3: After creating the locking inventory, you can view the lokcing inventory flow record in Inventory--Stock Movement

Note: The locking inventory will be reserved in advance, and the corresponding locking inventory will be deducted from the corresponding SKU of the corresponding store according to the creation time.

Step 4: If the Locking inventory  activity has not started yet, you can edit the locking quantity

Note: Only add new inventory qty is supported.
