How to Create and Pulish Products to Amazon store within 4Seller?

4Seller supports list products to Amazon store, which will improving listing efficiency!

There are two entrance to enter the create draft

Entrance One: Listing--Amazon--Create Draft

Entrance Two: Listing-- Amazon--Draft--Create

Step One: Enter the eidt draft page to edit products info

1. Product Info

Note: After filling in the title, click AI Auto Recommend to automatically recommend product types and automatically match related categories. If you need to change, click Manually Select Category and Product Type.

2、Product Attribute

Product attributes are categorized as required and all attributes. 

Required attributes include required fields, while all attributes include required and other attribute fields. The search box on the right can help you quickly locate relevant attribute fields.

Note: Brand information is synchronized with Amazon backend information. If the product is unbranded, select "No Brand" to automatically replace it with "Generic."

3. Variant Info

In the product information module field, you can select "No variation" or "Has variations". When the variation type is switched, the original variation information will be affected. You can choose whether to confirm the switch.

Note: The following mandatory information must be filled in when have variants:

(1) Parent SKU and variant theme (based on category)

(2) Variant information generates corresponding variant attributes according to the variant theme. Different attribute types can be selected by drop-down menu, manually edited or add.

The following information is required for the variant field:

Note: Batch edit is supported.

(1) Shop/stock SKU

(2) Quantity

(3) Price

(4) Promotional Price

(5) Promotional Date

(6) Barcode, select UPC, GTIN, or EAN from the drop-down menu

Note:

a: UPC requires 12 digits; EAN requires 13 digits; GTIN requires 12/13/14 digits. UPC, GTIN, and EAN corresponding to different SKU variants cannot be reused.

b: If the logistics method is FBA, the quantity does not need to be filled in.

(7) You can check whether to include second-hand products. After checking, you can fill in the product condition/description.

4. Product Image

(1) Product images: Support JPG, JPEG, GIF, and TIF formats. Up to 9 images can be uploaded.

(2) Variant images: Support JPG, JPEG, GIF, and TIF formats. Up to 9 images can be uploaded.

Note: Support edit image in bulk.

5. Product description: You can delete or add, and the maximum number of Bullet points that can be filled in will be displayed according to the category.

6. Shipping info

Shipping Template: Refreshing the shipping template can synchronize Amazon backend data

Step Two: Click Save  or Save & Publish to publish to Amazon store
