How to Use GOFO to Ship Orders in 4Seller?

4Seller supports docking with GOFO Logistics to process orders. The specific operation steps are as follows:

1、Authorized stores and logistics

2、The orders will be automatically synchronized to the 4Seller order module

(1) Pending :

① Unmapped: click Unmapped to select the goods need to be matched;



② Out of stock: replace the warehouse which has stock or in the inventory module to add inventory to this stock sku;



③ Address  Invalid: to confirm that the recipient's address is correct, you need to modify if incorrect；



④ Unpaid: waiting for the buyer to pay; 

⑤On-hold： it is in the state of platform on-hold, waiting for the platform to unblock it.

 

(2) Pending Processing: You can buy label, print packing slip, pick list, mark shiped, etc. You can also perform batch processing;



After clicking buying label, select shipping warehouse, select package templates, select GOFO carrier and logistics channel, and then confirm buy label.



(3) In process: After buying label, it will flow to the next state, if it is successful, it can be marked shipped and shipped, if it is not successful, it can return to ship to re-buying the label or cancel label.



(4) Shipped: After successful shipment, the order will enter the shipped state.
